Alfie is a specialty coffee roastery based in Victoria, led by roasters Jon and Olivia. With over 16 years of experience and a love for all things coffee, they’ve developed a roasting style that balances consistency with curiosity.

Teaming up with creative director James, Alfie was born from the idea that great coffee doesn’t have to feel exclusive. We’re here to make specialty coffee feel easy, enjoyable and genuinely exciting, whether you're pulling a shot at home or brewing a simple morning pour-over.

We focus on quality, transparency and flavour, but we also think coffee should be fun. So we roast what we love to drink, and we hope you love it too.

Our Impact

We care about coffee, and we care about how it gets to you. That means doing things the right way, not the easy way.

We reuse coffee byproducts like spent grounds for compost, fertiliser and even biofuel. Our packaging is always recyclable, biodegradable or compostable, and we’re constantly looking for ways to lower our environmental footprint.

Because better coffee should also mean a better planet.
